All staff that I came into contact with, from salespeople, fitters, and customer service, were very polite and understanding. At no point did I feel pressured into purchasing the product, and they found ways to make it affordable for me. The work was completed at a time that suited me and was carried out efficiently, and the work area was left as clean as when they arrived. I am happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to employ them again for future work.
I have recently had problems closing & locking the patio door. From the initial phone call with Home Improvements, they were excellent they sent an engineer out to me within 30 minutes. Jade Downs the engineer knew exactly what to do and solved the issue within 20 minutes. I have had Jade come out a couple of times during the years that I’ve had the patio doors and he’s always been assertive, polite and knows exactly what to do in a crisis. Thank you once again for being there for me.
Just had a new front door and side window replaced by Mike. Arrived on time. Installations went very smoothly, and no damage to internal walls. He also put my blind back for me which was a great help. Very pleased with the service from First. Would definitely recommend Mike and the home improvement team for any replacement work you have planned.
My experience today was lovely, very helpful fitter Jamie Poulton, here at a very reasonable time this morning, very tidy and also demonstrated the windows and how they work. Nothing was too much trouble for him, all in all, a very professional young man. My house looks stunning, after my windows have been fitted. Only took one day to complete, very satisfactory.
