I have recently had problems closing & locking the patio door. From the initial phone call with Home Improvements, they were excellent they sent an engineer out to me within 30 minutes. Jade Downs the engineer knew exactly what to do and solved the issue within 20 minutes. I have had Jade come out a couple of times during the years that I’ve had the patio doors and he’s always been assertive, polite and knows exactly what to do in a crisis.
